Venom SP1 no regeneration after nullify

Parry not working in 5.2.4
So I'm using vision against the venom on the caltrops path on map 5.2.4, for some reason he is resisting parry. I see nothing on the node descriptions to make this happen and the green text for parry is showing up on my side so I know it's not my timing. Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Hulk dash in attack after stun lagging.
I've been noticing two issues with my 5/50 Hulk in the last few weeks that are both related to his stun with SP1.
