So does this mean we are not getting the 20% boost to gold drops like we have in the past years?

    That was for a special event. It isn't something that happens or needs to happen from time to time, it comes whenever the devs want to release it

    That typically occurs in July and December.

    Actually @Bigdogbob it’s run anytime from June to August for the mid year one.

    You may be correct. But it’s still not June yet, and if it’s going to run in July then that’s still more than a month away.
