You can't really argue that buffet and masoquism are bugged, because they are not. I can agree that the wording isn't exactly correct on it.
Now stagger seems to be broken, since I never heard or saw it nullifying more than 1 buff before
This all goes back to the time where MD and Hood stagger had the same description and worked differently. It was also confirmed that is should work the way they were at that moment, and that's enough.
You want the text to be more clear, just that. That's okay. Just don't ask for a nerf to the node ...
