Spiderman evade bug

I'm doing the web slinger challenge. My team has a Sig 85 black widow (68% on the Sig), Hawkeye and 2 Quakes for synergy. Fighting spiderman.

Quake 4* gives 15% increased ability bw. Quake 3* gives 12% increased ability to bw. Hawkeye gives 15% increased ability to all champions.

So, 68+12+15+15=110%. Yet spiderman still evades me! How is that even possible

Edit: I forgot bw gets an extra 15% against science champs. So 125% accuracy ability for bw and spiderman still evades.

You don't add the %

68% base chance increased by 15% (68 * 1.15) is roughly 78%, then increase by the next 12% (78 * 1.12) on top of that would make it around 87% and so on...which should still stop most of the evading but never all of it, never does.

I was always under the impression that it's cumulative.

Also if you read bw sig, it says increase by 15% against science and decrease by that against mutants. So if it's 70% at Sig 99, you're telling me against science it's 80.5% and not 85%?

It was cumulative up until update 12.0 and diminishing returns.
