I can't See any Global Leaderboards. [REopen]

my previous thread was closed without any reason, so i'm reopening it.
In Leaderboards i cant see any of 5 either global either friends. Only Region.
I had this problem since previous update, reinstalled game fully, but it didn't work. Last update havent fixed this issue.
My phone shouldn't have (and haven't any previous problem with the game) since this Google Pixel 2 - the phone where game should be tested. I've seen some people with the same issue, and i suppose they also have "clean" version of Android. how do you test game on android, may i ask?
