Sabretooth persistent Charge disappearing

Cellular or WiFi: I've only notice it on wifi
Game Version Installed: 21.0.0
Game Mode: EQ
Champions Affected: 5* Sabretooth rank 3/45
Active Boosts: no boosts
Description of the Issue: I've had this happen 3 times in the last month where Sabretooth doesn't have any persistent charges. It continues through the entire quest but then will go back to normal the next time I take him into a quest.
