Signature Ability
Refraction: Magneto bends a dense electromagnetic field around his body to create a personal force field, preventing him from losing more than 10% health from a single source.
Passive: Magnetic Warp
-Every 10 seconds, Magneto manipulates the battlefield to his advantage, increasing his Critical Rating by 800 and his Attack by 546. The opponent’s Ability Accuracy is also reduced by 65%. These effects last for 15 seconds.
*Note: This doesn’t mean that the Attack and Critical Rating boosts will be permanent throughout the fight! After the first 10 seconds of the fight, Magneto will gain the boosts for 15 seconds. Then, after being boosted for 15 seconds, he will lose the boosts and wait another 10 seconds for them to activate again.
Special Attacks
85% chance to inflict Bleed, dealing 1802 damage over 10 seconds.
Special 1
-Disorients the opponent, reducing their Ability Accuracy by 35% for 10 seconds.
Special 2
-100% chance to Heal Block, preventing the target from recovering health for 16 seconds.
Special 3
-100% chance to Armor Break, removing an Armor up and applying a 1300 Armor Rating reduction for 20 seconds.
-Automatically activates Magnetic Warp for 10 seconds.
*Note: If the Special 3 Magnetic Warp is activated while the passive one is active, the effects will stack (i.e. Attack and Critical rating gained will stack) but the duration is completely separate.

Yeah, except for the times when they reworked old champs by redoing their abilities and stats.
When opponents are magnetized: +50-80%base attack increase and 50-70% aar. The aar should be tied to his sig level and scale up
