Kabam docked my alliance without any explanation

I'm a leader of an alliance and got docked. The person that got banned has no idea why. Doesnt share acct info and has not received any answers from Kabam. I never got an email from Kabam regarding any violations. I emailed Kabam 6 times with only a generic response and they are looking into it. Meanwhile, all the other members that spent time and money are obviously frustrated with the game because Kabam wont justify why they did. This game is going down the toilet and the Kabam support staff has not helped at all. Please Kabam, fix the issue at hand. My alliance was punished and how can a leader explain to the members what has happened. If a player is cheating then they should be banned for sure, but how can a leader know if and when someone is cheating. Not only that but to punish 29 others for 1 person's wrong doing doesn't sound like justice. It just encourages people to throw the towel in. Answers would be greatly appreciated.

Don't expect an answer. Mods have answered EVERY SINGLE ONE of these threads with the same response: they cannot divulge that info to anyone else in the alliance, even if you are the leader.

yep very recently encountered a piloting incident within the alliance ,no one got banned but we lost massive war points
the only explanation after several emails was "there has been piloting"

We were in the same boat last season. The way they are handling this is just unacceptable.

    1) The person claiming they don't know why they got banned is lying

    2) Kabam sharing any information about why a player has been banned increases the likelihood of players finding new ways to cheat. For example:

Alliance Leader - "Member #21 got a one week ban, Kabam said they used the super ultra lame account sharing technique. Member #21 said they'd used the super ultra lame account sharing technique for the last 5 AW Seasons and never got penalized."

Officer - "That sucks, now we know the super ultra lame account sharing technique is no longer safe to use. Tell member #21 to only use the even more super ultra lame account sharing technique from now on, we need his prestige to stay top 10 in the AQ prestige race."

God who is that far behind everyone knows super duper ultra lame acct sharing is the one people use these days

My source on undetectable account sharing methods moved out of their parents’ basement last month. Thanks for getting me up to date.

Hey there, we are not able to discuss the details of another players account, including any actions that may have been taken on it it. We can say that we do not take action without reason and evidence though. For more information regarding bans, you can also check here.
