Who should I use my 4* generic?

This is my roster, I want to use my awakening gem on Dr. Voodoo but I don't know if i should wait for another worthy champion. Please vote and leave me a comment on who do you think I should use this.
I was thinking to keep it for Void but i don't know...Please share me your opinion!

Also, if you have another progression tip, I would recieve it happily! (I've completed act 4 and I can sometimes do 100% master mode)
