Would you prefer Mcoc if it was more comic accurate?

A lot of characters in this game have power that is comic inaccurate. Last time I checked Sparky was never stronger than Phoenix and sentry. Would you like it better if characters like these were the god tiers of the game?

    A little more historical accuracy wouldn't hurt.

    I don't mind abilities being dulled to make a more even contest and I can buy that in the premise of the battlerealm's existence but there is some seriously lopsided stuff in this game and almost always at the opposite end of the original characters spectrum.

    This comes up anytime someone is talking about phoenix and sentry. Yeah, they're powerful in their lore. But this is first and foremost a game, and games need balance. If they were comically accurate, no one could even touch these characters. There are a LOT of relatively useless characters that need a buff more than these two

    the game has no balance anyway, so I don't think it could change a lot. wouldn't prefer it because of 'canonical' balance, wish to have all balanced champs

    If you're asking to buff Phoenix and Sentry, that's one thing. If you're looking at "comic accurate" versions of playable champs, you're looking at a very slippery slope. Ultimate Hank Pym, for example, could grow and bite your head off, while Alternate timeline Hydra duplicate Steve Rogers would just be silly.

    I'd like a little more common sense accuracy. Iceman should be immune to coldsnap for example. But you can't have Dormammu and Captain America fighting each other with any kind of adherence to original source accuracy.

    That's basically what pre-12.0 was. A few Champs that trumped everything and nothing took them down.

    NOW there is. There didn't exist such challenges before the nerfs and DR introduction. Hence why I said pre-12.0.

    12.0 really didn't change anything in my opinion, never had those characters and i still slapped everything easily

    It literally changed everything. The entire system, the way Champs of different Ranks and Rarities interact with each other, the way they design Champs and content, everything.

    Only read the OP but I'm pretty sure Magneto would be god tier if it were like the comics.
