Does anyone use the extended fury and enhanced fury masteries?

I have a lot of champions that utilize fury but I haven’t used those masteries, so I’m wondering if they truly empower champions with the fury dynamic in the same way that Deep Wounds empower bleed champions.

    I had them on for awhile, but didn't find that they made much of a difference.
