We are writing to you here because multiple support tickets have been immediately closed while giving no answer to our issue. We have nowhere else to turn, but continue to submit support tickets.
Yesterday, our season points were docked. We have checked with all members, and we have done nothing wrong... No rules broken, no piloting, no cheating.
After reading others' tales about account problems stemming from Quake use, we feel that we are victims of the same wrongful bans. One particular member, has been with our ally since Season 1, as not changed his gaming habits and is extremely skilled with Quake. He can take his whole line (including some of the strongest defenders) with no damage taken and no hits landed on the defender. We realize this may throw up a red flag in the system, but we ask you to investigate this as we appear to have no other avenue to present out case.
We record all war fights, and would be happy to submit videos as proof of our fair play.
We also know that there were recent wrongful bans after Variant was introduced. We feel this situation maybe similar in that the system is wrongfully flagging good game play as something else!.
As you can see, this issue is simply too complicated for the front line support staff (nothing against them). However, we are not able to escalate it to the proper people for investigation because all tickets are immediately closed.
Please have a look at this. We will happily send through our videos from the last few wars as evidence.
We realize many forums members will throw accusations at us, but we work very hard to maintain a clean alliance. Yes, we did get docked 2 seasons ago. A new recruit used an outside pilot without our knowledge. We have gone to great lengths to design a skills test for all new recruits to ensure we do not have that issue again.

I'd hate to be wrongfully punished and have every door closed in my face.
