Meh still get kills consistently... if it really isn't a challenge anymore i am sure km will be replaced by someone else.

    I repeat:

Node 29 belongs to Thing now

Wouldn't Thing be equally good on node 30?
Node 29 is definitely a pain with him on it too, but AoN can prove to be a game changer if unlucky if I'm not mistaken.

Just parry him and hit him once when he’s at 15 charges to trigger unstoppable and wait it out. No biggie lol

Sure. I can't bring omega with ST on node 29 KM before but with thing now I can heck my buddy almost solo him with r4 GP. I hide him instead of leaving him visible tbh

The reverb damage from landing an l2 with Corvus vs km is insane. Sure you don’t die but it’s expensive af.

I’ve switched to magik for the node now

That's why you double parry to kill reverb before you launch it.

My Corvus is rank 2, most might not know how to beat the node hence why they call it challenging but with boosts its super easy. Double parry or bait the med hit 1x back off n parry, 2 to 3 hit combos, hit into block for crit damage till l2 and then with cosmic boost 150% or 200% you can basically fire 2 more off and its over with 0 charges. Its just boring at this point. Would like to see more diversity on nodes.

Who would you like to see that doesn’t get wrecked?

Reason he is getting wrecked is because you’re boosting. Kabam really should do away with such things.

Sounds more like a “dislike boosting all the time” for node 29 message.

It's nowhere near boring in higher tiers. I highly doubt you're playing on the expert map if you think so

Yeah and there's always the chance that you don't get to power lock him in doing so. Once he reaches L3, doubt anyone can keep evading him for 8 seconds.

r5 KM on 29 in tier 3 is a beast. Maybe I would think differently if I had a r2 corvus though. I still haven't quite figured out how to solo him yet.

Ehhh, I would rather Thing than KM. Don't have to worry about cornered.

Edit: or reverb. Basically, it's a less intelligent fight. Attacking KM with reverb up with 2 bars of power is ouch... not to mention KM's passive power gain.

Well you'd be highly wrong we do face plat1 and masters allys every season and its the same thing, KM r5 sig200 on 29. With the right champ its easy.

Gwenpool can solo node 29 Thing in tier 1 war. She’s a less common war attacker option in tier 1and yes Thing often gets more kills hidden on AON nodes or flare/starburst/regen. 2 of our guys in a season 1-6 master alliance itemed out against 5/65 Thing on 29 in week 2 this season. May not be a valid example since the alliance disbanded after that war.

Venom is also a decent counter to Thing, his critical hits have 95% chance to inflict bleed against heroes or reduce armor against Thing.

I would like to see the let us assign the buffs so you could change their locations. I definitely understand doing the same fights over and over getting boring

I did think of venom too just worry his lack of power control compare to GP... I much rather use a synthesized ST with fury built.

If you don't boost in war you will probably get kicked from your alliance. We are required to boost.

GP's enervate is limited against Thing's bleed immunity. Sabretooth isn't reliable against Thing even with his Omega Red synergy, he still relies too much on RNG bleed. Venom's great for Thing except for AON fights for more than only 95% bleed/reduced armor chance on critical hits, his light attack range is perfect for evading Thing's dash attacks and countering with light attacks before Thing attacks again:

We have dropped down to plat3, had the unfortunate luck of bad matchups with some allies that basically get docked every season. Suspicious gameplay keeping deaths close to ours until end (usually key indicator they are modding) but a loss is a loss and Kabam hopefully will deal with them which it looks like they have as every ally we suspect cheating we report and they've been on the docked list after so it seems to be working. We are in Expert Tier and currently Platinum 3 after 3 Losses in a row. I can understand it can be hard if you don't have the right team, I do but Kabam is all about diversity and seeing KM on node 29 every war is beyond boring and requiring diversity at the node level would be a very nice refresher for war. To me it doesn't make sense that outside paths are easier than inside, every path should be a challenge. I just think it would make things more interesting if you can only place a champ on a certain node 1x per war season or something like that. People acting like it is impossible is just silly, its not with the right champs, right boosts, etc. People saying try without it....why? It's war we are trying to win we boost every war as we play competitively. Could I take it unboosted? Probably because its a routine fight for me now and an r2 6* Corvus is obviously sick with his l2. But again this was just a post to ask for some diversity at the node level.

I’m just wondering what tier of war. Plat 3 doesn’t really say what tier. I know in tier 2, we don’t have people take corvus with no charges. That’s why I’m wondering. Regardless of the champ on the node, if you’re having that easy of a time, why haven’t you moved to tier2-1? I don’t think you’re seeing this champion on this node at it’s full potential. There’s a reason there’s videos for days and lane 5 specialists. I play with some very high level guys and the node is tough. Perfect play with a r5 magik and you win.

Edit: that’s a r5 magik, boosted, with suicides. For example, I put 114 hits on a km on 29 with my r4 magik. Power locked in the corner. I took about 3% off.

Wait. So let me get this straight.

So you are required to boost for war and are now ranked in Plat 3?

    Lol. Ok.

(P.S. I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it's not as easy as you make it sound. I used to take KM on 29 with Symbiote Supreme and people said I was crazy. Anyway, guys in my ally who take 29 with CG have already told me that it's not easy with a CG without charges even when fully boosted. We are taking it easy this Season with the short break so we are not boosting for war, and ranked in high Plat 3 as well. We are doing Plat 1/2 when we boost up.)

I used to be in tier 2-3 and had a 5/65 Sabretooth with 4* KM for synergy and node 29 with KM on it was not easy. Even if you manage to get some fury built up for the fight and keep him armor broken his power gain/specials are difficult to manage effectively. I used to take path 5 every single war. I highly doubt no charge Corvus is taking out KM with masochism and aspect of evolution. Pics/videos or it didn’t happen.

I just did it right now you can ask my alliance mates or the ally we are fighting if you want, pm me and i'll give you their info. Seriously with Corvus r2 it takes 2 l2s just get rid of the reverb, heck my ghost takes him out.
