    No you should have 90% + 15% * 10% = 91.5%

    if you are at 90% and you attempt to regen,
    you will regen 15% of the missing 10%.
    which would be only 1.5% of total health.

    if you attempt to regen at 50%
    you will regen 15% of the missing 50%
    which would be 7.5% of total health.

    you get the best regen amount by using this when you are low health.
    use it after he revives you to gain 15% of 99% which is 14.9%
