I recently got banned and I think there is a misunderstanding. I try to explain and nobody see my messages. Always responds are automatically comes from computer. My location is turkey and I desperately need help.

There is no misunderstanding, you did something wrong or used something that got flagged that's all there is to it.

If you hack
Mod the game
Share your account, or let people use it
Use third party apps or third party sites
Use arena bots
Etc

Then you will get banned, they clearly caught something while investigating you and took action

Unlikely I hate to inform you but kabam has a lot information on you, your account, your actions, your location and who is accessing your account and where they are using it from and when they are doing it and much much more than you realize.

You gave out your information and let someone else use it and got caught that's all there is to it, especially since you just admitted that was what it was for.

Using your account on multiple devices doesn't count, using it while traveling doesn't count either if it's natural progression.
