    This will be resolved in the 22.1 update.

    - EMMA FROST: Fixed an issue where the “It’s Complicated” Synergy was not causing Prowess Charges to refresh on Critical Hits

    Thanks so much! Is it also now causing two prowess with the Phoenix synergy?
