Heimdall worth awakening?

I already have a duped Medusa Venom, etc. And a 5* Hype and 2 Cosmic gems. Recently got 4* Heimdall and am ranking him for the IMIW counter, does he need to be awakened and how many sigs does he need?

    Only needs to be awakened, no stones
    His sig allows him to autobloxk/Parry opponent after he throws a special. He's basically untouchable by basic attacks directly after a special if duped. He needs no sig stones imo

    He can already autoblock without the sig ability (it's one of his passives) His sig just lets him get a power gain buff at the start of each fight. The amount of power gained depends on the number of buffs you finished the previous fight with (it is shown in the persistent charge blue square). Basically, more buffs=more power

    Sig ability isn’t worth it
    Its not worth it my opinion. Its just not that great.
