So I spent units 3 time to find a new match in arena. All 3 time I got the exact same 3 people whit same champ. Isn’t find new match suppose to give you new people to fight?

Yes and no. It is a bit complicated, and the internal details aren't known to the players, but what my experience tells me is that the game looks for an arena match based on a couple of criteria that you can think of as a team rating. If you spend units to find a new match, the game reduces that search rating by some amount and then goes looking for a match again. The problem is that sometimes due to the particular situation you're in, the game is looking for an extremely high match, such that there's only a few entries in its match database that is high enough, or sometimes there's *no* match high enough and it just spits out the highest teams it possesses. And when you spend units to retry, the game lowers the rating but it is still so high that there's still only one set of teams high enough to match.

If you keep spending, *eventually* you'll get lower teams but it could take a lot of units to bring the match criteria down enough (I experimented with this back when I had more units and less sense).

Why the game is even looking for teams this high is a complicated subject having to do with the mechanics of what players generally refer to as "infinite streak strategies." But one peculiarity of the internal game algorithms is that the game rewards players who bring high PI teams into the arena, which is another way of saying it punishes players who bring low PI teams in the arena. At certain streak levels if you bring something low enough, the "punishment" is a level of difficulty so high there aren't any arena teams the game possesses that can hit you hard enough. That's where this saturates, and spending units to find lower teams doesn't work for one or more retries.
