Best choice to make for game progression

My main concentration is beginning Act 5.3 and completing the Uncollected Monthtly Event Quest (I can finish the first two chapters but I haven’t been able to complete the third chapter yet).

I have moderate skill and these are my primary champions

Awakened 4 Stars
Corvus, Rank 5
Archangel, Rank 4
Scarlet Witch, Rank 5
Dr. Voodoo, Rank 5

Unawakened 4 Stars
Hyperion, Rank 5
Luke Cage, Rank 5
Wolverine, Rank 5

Unawakened 5 Stars
SE Spiderman, Rank 3

I almost have enough resources to rank up my 5 Star SE Spidey to Rank 4.

Or

I can Rank 5 my Archangel and save resources for a 4 Star Blade or Void if I ever pull them.

Is it better to rank 4 my only good 5 Star or try to balance my roster and rank up a couple 4 Stars to Rank 5?

For the advanced players, is rank 4 on a 5 Star a really noticeable difference? Any advice is appreciated!
