    Unless you have any worse champs dont rank him up. He is only okayish for defence but thats about it

    @Stark78Alfa Since he asked about a 4* rank 3 Rank up choice, you can clearly see he doesn't have a roster to go for arena atm, he is a newer player.
    So saying that won't help him at all.
    When it comes to ranking up cable, he is okay, but if you have any other champs that are better, ignore him until you don't have any other options.

    @Waboba I see he is a newer player, and specially for that I say Cable is worth rank 3. Cable is not a trash champion. He can be very usefull for someone starting the game and once duped, his regeneration will be usefull.
