Unused Romance Shards

Hi, please, I need help, I've missed buying romance crystal since I've been busy completing event quest lately.

    Romance Crystals probably needed to be “purchased/converted” using their shards before timer ran out on them. Once purchased, full crystals would remain until opened, but any leftover or unused shards are no longer available. Not sure why remaining shards still show as being “owned” so long as you have a full one still in crystal page, for those ppl that opened any full ones already the Romance section isn't visible at all anymore.
