    Yes
    I wouldn’t recommend changing masteries frequently, but if you can unlock something you need like Despair, and need to move some points out of a lower tier mastery, then it is 100% worth it.

    Before you unlock random masteries, look up the best setup before you do anything

    Yes
    In general, unlocking masteries is a fantastic way to use units - gets you continual value.

    Just make sure the masteries you're unlocking are useful for the champs you have.
