Failed inputs

Is there some type of technical service I can contact on failed inputs. It's been increasingly aggravating that my commands are not being transmitted during combat. It can either be trying to parry, but nothing happens or dexing and nothing happens or even trying to activate specials and nothing happens. All these situations tend to either get me smacked for a lot of health or dead depending the level of my opponent. I want to continue playing this game but it's becoming increasingly frustrating. I don't like to complain about this in alliance chat because it looks like i'm just making excuses for bad play. Sometimes i do play bad but i can recognize the difference between playing bad and my commands doing nothing and getting smacked in the face. So i ask again, is there someone at Kabam that I can contact to see of we can figure out what is the cause of this and try to fix it?
