One of my fellows bought 850 units offer on 38th level.
He was waiting that he will get a Gifting badge when he will reach 40th level. But he didn't. Tech support answered him that Gifting badge wasn't included in that offer he bought.
I remember announcement post about it and thought that players who bought offers before 40th level will get gifting badgeafter they reach 40th level. It logic, I guess.

So, Player now Should wait until he reach 40th level, and then buy Unit offer to get Gifting Badge, yes?
