it can be implemented but the power should be vested only on leader n officers. there could be a list of names that leader/officers can initiate to join war. rest of the members should continue to remain to join manually.also bg swapping power should be vested on leader/or his chosen one or max two top officers so that a balance of strong n weak players can be implemented else often it happens weaker players blocks out boss slayers due to their limited foresightedness.
a co-leader post can come handy to give relieve to leader in case he is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. the co-leader should not be given the power to demote any officer so that that power rests exclusively to leader only.
