Fights not loading in war

I have had 4 fights in 2 wars. When i initiated the fight and hit the fight button to start the fight in war. It will not load fight and i lose half of a guy.

What is your suggestion for fixing this and making it right?

This is hurting our alliance and myself in these wars. This issue needs to be addressed and fixed please.

Hey guys, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this issue, and I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different reasons why one person may experience a specific performance issue when compared to someone else who encounters the same issue.

Unfortunately, there isn't a simple "one-fix-all" solution to problems like this. However, we're always investigating any reports we receive here in the Forums and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
