    Drax's dash attack has 2 attacks in rapid succession so mordo dodges the first one but the 2nd one hits him and stops his degen from triggering.

    That is true and doesn't seem to be a bug just hit him after you parry. works all the time for me but my Drax is only a 3 star and has a class disadvantage.
