Hood Stagger

in Bugs and Known Issues
2 things:

1. Hood's Stagger does not stack
2. Hood's Stagger dies not proc when replacing itself which includes the old one "expiring" and a new one being added

At least ONE of these has to be a bug

    Oh and as I don't want to edit

    3. Sp1 vs CWBP the stun effect is a passive effect caused by a Debuff wearing off originatin from a non-physical attack so why does reflect stun apply?

    Why do you think stagger will stack
    When you reapply stagger it doesn't expire it gets reapplied
    The last one I have no idea why

    Well because it's only refreshed when he uses a Heavy attack

    Also Jane Foster and Juggernaut stack them normally and Hood has the same Stagger text as them (minus Jane saying she can apply multiple per hit)

    AND further more it seems to share similarities with Resonate mastery where putting another one on will remove the original (there by fulfilling Siphon's requirements) and the new one will trigger KG and AV tenacity

    FINALLY: when a buff like this "reapplies" it triggers MD so the old one EXPIRES so if MD gets away with it why shouldn't Hood?

    There is nothing indicated about Stagger stacking. It's not a bug. That's how he functions.

    1 - Hood's stagger does not stack. Not a bug, working as intended.
    2 - If you are talking about his life steal, then is not a bug. He will only gain HP when stagger expires, not when reseted.
    3 - CWBP is a bug. Nothing to do with Hood ability

    That's like saying winter soldier and ms marvel should stack fury because old man Logan and drax can. Different champions, nothing to do with each other. Juggernaut and Jane both have to use their heavy to stagger, hood can do it on his normal attacks.

    Actually I kinda am… nothing is ACTUALLY stated that they cannot stack their abilities this way it's just that they cannot. OML does it all at once where but all WS attacks have a chance to apply it and as you can see it's PAINFUL to assume everyone's abilities as they are seemingly intentionally vague as possible in many areas

    So either MD is broken. Or stagger is.
