Unable to claim the Act 3 100% Compensation

Hi Kabam ,
On my main account , Mister Fishy , I haven't received the Act 3 100% compensation even though I have already done 100% of Act 3 . This is the same for Act 1 as well . Please fix the issue soon .

    You say you are unable to claim it. Yet you say you didn't received it ....

    Read the message. If you have completed the quest before the day stated, then you will not get the compensation
