Alliance war Matchmaking issue

Dear Kabam,

The new matchmaking system started out good in the beginning of the season, but lately we have been matched with the same team 4 times in the last 6 matches? We have lost to them. They are a platinum ally. I thought the way the war system works was when you lose you either drop a tier or change from expert to challenger to hard? We were in the challenger category then we lost and we were teleported up into the expert category and matched again with the same team. This does not make sense. Thank you for looking into this

Your 4th post about how your 6m ally (with a huge War Rating) has been unfairly matched. Previous ones because matched against much higher ally's (at least by overall Ally Rating, which does not really mean anything when everyone has a bunch of 5* r4 nowadays, whether or not you have 300,000 more PI in other nonessential 2/3/4* heroes). Or could be result of ally's folding and new lower people inheriting a high War Rating Alliance History (not saying yours, but just in general as another example).

Maybe new War matching system was trying to compensate for that anyways, and matching you against a lower Ally Rating alliance like yourself (instead of other similar WAR RATING alliances even though prestige may be similar). So might not be as many ally's similar to your situation (high WR, low AR), might be causing matching against same ones.
