Captain marvel event lag

Good afternoon, I would like to understand if this lag that i’m facing is common.
Everytime that i’ve Played against cap marvel uncollected boss and she uses her ability (binary start) i’m Not able to use the control.
This has caused serious damage for revive and unit wasted.
