Should I hire expectations for my alliance

In my alliance, I have requirements that you need to have a three stars to join. But most that join have fours and not threes. Should I hire it so you have to have a four star to join?

    @Darkest_Warrior If you want to raise the bar of who can join up, that's solely your decision if you're the leader. It all depends upon what you're aiming to do really. What Alliance content do you want to tackle? Which Maps? Do you want to run a full 3 BGs in both AQ and AW? Or less? If you're very active, and the rest of your group is, talk with them. Ask them what they're capable of. There's no perfect answer anyone here can give you without knowing a bit more to be quite honest. Higher standards typically will help make the push for better rewards.

    It all starts with good communication in my experience. If you can provide me with a little more information, I'll be glad to provide more insight. I've assisted in building a GREAT Alliance that's fairly successful. We're not in the top 500, but we're in the top 1200 of AQ weekly, and the top 700 of AW Season Points wise. So I do know a thing or 2 about what it takes to keep things moving forward. We don't have event minimums. Yet we get the peak milestones in many (short of the arena based events). We mainly require full participation in AQ and AW. The rest is optional.
