Alliance Member Direct Chat/Whisper Mode

I was wondering if there is a way that you could put in a way to talk to alliance members individually.

Meaning, I would like a way to “whisper” to them without adding them as a “friend”. I have an issue with new alliance members not participating in chat or anyway to know if they are reading chat. I have already kicked out three members for violating my alliances policy when it comes to chat rules.

I mean is there a way to whisper an alliance member that I am missing? I don’t want to add everyone as a friend just to be able to privately chat with them.

Nice idea.. But it shouldnt "whisper" for inactive members, that should be "shout"

Hopefully Kabam will add some type of “Direct Message” amongst alliance members without needing to go thru 3-step process (Friend Request, then Accept, before Send Msg) like with others outside of alliance. See similar...
