Shouldn't Mephisto be immune to nova flames as well?

Human Torch is by far the most extreme class advantageous champion in the game. Every mystic gets absolutely and completely wrecked, for the simple fact that almost all basic attacks inflict incinerate that will drain you to zero health in no time.
Every mystic? No, not Mephisto. Mephisto doesn't get damage from incinerate. He instead gains power, 12% a second even. So he goes to two or three bars of power in no time. Sadly, he still get wrecked as as soon he has seven incinerates, nova flame passives are applied. They do not count as incinerate for Mephisto, but does count for incinerate debuffs for Human Torch.
So Mephisto, the lord of hell, gets burned to the ground. Ironic or comics-wise ridiculous? If you ask me, the latter. As Human Torch is so good against mystic champions, it is okay if one mystic champion still has a chance to face him, and if one should be, it should be Mephisto (and Ghost Rider, THE FREAKIN MAN IS ON FIRE, HOW CAN HE BURN EVEN MORE! INCINERATE IMMUNITY NOW!).
I think there are two alternatives:

I think there are two alternatives:
- Mephisto treats nova flame passives the same as incinerate debuffs, gaining power but having all other adverse effects (zero block proficiency, no perfect block chance, power sting).
- Mephisto simply converts every incinerate debuff into an aura of incineration, preventing the formation of nova flames in the first place. This also means he doesn't suffer from the adverse effects of incinerate.

Mephisto does not interact with these, as intended
What that description says basically, is that Human Torch's abilities will interact with both his incinerate debuffs and his passive nova flames. Not that actually his passive nova flame's are considered incinerate debuffs
