I accidently spent 830 glory on the wrong item in the glory store!

I accidently bought 3,600 Tier 2 Alpha fragments when l meant to buy 36,000 Tier 4 basic fragments in the glory store. I did it in kind of a rush and since the T2 alpha is right above the t4 basic and cost the same and similar looking amount value, looking at the 1,800 t2 alpha at a glance it looked like 18,000 thinking it was t4 basic. Is there a way to contact Kabam support about this or do l just move on?

    If you haven't used the Items, contact Support and open a Ticket. You can do it in the game using the Gear Icon.

    Thanks for the info. I submitted a case through the support feature in game. I'll see where it goes.

    Just keep the T2Alpha Frags. If you haven’t been buying those yet (not high enough of heroes yet) you soon will be. In which case you should start to buy T2Alpha Frags anyways.

    I'm not at the point yet where l need T2 Alpha yet and l wont be for a while. At the moment l have 3 fully formed T2 Alphas but what l really need right now is T4 basic.
