So how do I reset my game and start over?

Either just create a new Kabam ID game account (with different email address for login ID than what your first acct used). The old one will still be around, but you can just play under the new account instead.

Or send in a Support Ticket to Kabam. Be prepared to reply to requested information like history of Game Purchases (you can get that info from your AppStore or GooglePlay store), so you can verify that the account is indeed yours.
