Hawkeye's pinpoint accuracy allows arrow strikes to have (500 to 750) additional critical hit rating. Critical arrow hits also have a (50 to 75) percent chance to inflict a severe passive bleed, dealing 1.75 times the usual bleed damage over 12 seconds. This can only occur once per fight.
