What basic champions need buffs the most?

To most accurately compile a list of champions who need buffs the msot I'll do my best to create a discussion for each of them containing Buff ideas starting with the most picked 3
(Please note that aside from DDn I will be considering clones like Magneto and Iron fist as 2 in 1 discussion as thier dualities make them unique)

@A_Noob_Is1
You both just missed the point by a hair
I realize they ALL need buffs however usually when I try to make a post people always hammer home "SOME ONE NEEDS IT MORE" so for now I'm trying to go from the bottom up
Wow! Did you just say HB was good on thorns?! His high armor makes him INSANELY easy with Bleed as you let bleed do like ALL the damage and thorns does jack-Squat!
But I can agree with the rest as even LC can kinda take a hit even if the ones he dishes back out couldn't swat a fly... and SG for ALL her hate does have okay damage output…
Shulkie WILL be a challenge however… but as she's acty someone I've intentionally avoided doing a Buff discussion in for my entire time on the forums so if she's top 3 I'll do hers first
Luke cage is the worst one the list, but let's be real, he shouldn't be much better. A little better yes, but it's not way off. Magneto however is way off the mark.
Basic champion was supposed to mean those who you can pop from a 4* RIGHT THIS MOMENT and consider quitting over
Carnage however is too new for me to evaluate properly
You DO have to realize that many champions are so bad they are downright UNUSABLE... many champions don't even have the tiniest of niche to fill
Please note I'm 1 person trying to create discussions of 3 champions at a time… narrowing down what champs do and do not need buffs the msot as voted by the community
A reasonable change would be a description like Iceman has for his armour; or Nebula for her regeneration - when hit for over 5% of his health, Luke has a 5-20% chance to shrug off the additional damage, and become invulnerable for 2s. Then have a cool down like Spidey S-E's AI, so it doesn't become overpowering. Job done.
Alternately, remove the once per fight limit, and give a chance to spark Invulnerable with specials.
in all seriousness though, i'd say Hulkbuster, War Machine and Colossus. only good thing about them is their armor that is only useful in defense. and maybe their SP3. their damage output is low af.
at least Luke Cage, She Hulk have stun on their favor (but they're still mediocre). also Netflix DD has a OK Special damage with the stuns. he's not that bad.
Iron Man has an arc overload, and can save you a lot of times. i use my Superior one in war frequently.
Iron Fist has a high damage output, i don't even know why is he even here..
Magneto is mediocre but nowhere as bad as the other three mentioned before.
TBH I haven't touched IF since I forgot about him when I had champions that didn't turn WillPower into the secret to immortality
Still have that mentality in my head
I've said this before, but I'll say it again.
No champ should be bad. All champs should have a use in the game (other than arena cannon fodder). Whether it's attack, defense or some situational mechanic or ability to make them excel at certain things.
Some champs will be better at some things, and other champs would be better at other things but all should be usable in multiple areas of the game.
I think a champions skill set should be balanced across these areas. For example, if a champ does huge damage, they should be fragile or have no/not much utility, or if a champ is hugely tanky they should do less damage or have a weakness to make up for it.
Making champions with zero use, is poor game design and creates frustration when those champs get pulled after people worked hard to get the required materials to purchase them.
Why waste effort designing a champ to be bottom of the pile?
It makes zero sense.
Because she-hulk has to have almost no abilities to make room for DocOc LOL
I don't have a 4* she hulk, but I quite like using my 3*.
I'm not sure why she keeps popping up in these threads.
She's certainly not OP but she hits pretty hard, stuns and is poison immune.
I also like her heavy animation, because she leans back so far it's easy to land without getting hit.
One of her specials has a nice roll at the end to get her out of the way, making it harder to dive her if it's evaded.
As I said, I don't have her in 4*, so my experience is limited, but there'd be heaps of champions I'd put above her in needs of buffing.
