I wrongly used my mystic rank up 2>3 gem .

I was just woke up .. and rank up event was on .. i wrongly pressed my mystic rankup gem button instead of normal rankup button .. i know its an honest mistake .. please give my rank up ( 2>3)gem back .. it was really hard earned .. i used it on my Mephisto ..

You should Edit your Email out of this for safety. Open a Support Ticket using the Gear Icon and let them know.

Dunno how you used a rank up gem when they are bugged. Nobody can use them at the minute I think

Newer update 23.0.1 came out on 23rd, and fixed rankup gem problem I think.

Also, for OP, don’t use any additional items on that mistaken rankup. If all you used was just the rankup gem, then they can possibly reverse that action thru Support Ticket.
