How to calculate an Ability Accuracy addition?

So this is Cull's heavy attack description.

Here's the breakdown.
He can have a max of 10 Persistent Charge.
So it means +150% Armor Break duration and Ability Accuracy to inflict Armor Break Debuff.

For Armor Break Debuff duration
150/100 x 11 seconds = 16.5 seconds?
OR
(150/100 x 11 seconds) + 11 seconds (original duration) = 27.5 seconds?

For Armor Break Ability Accuracy
150/100 x 50% = 75%?
OR
(150/100 x 50%) + 50% (original chance) = 125%?

Need help. Which one of calculation from each 2 is correct?

I think it works the same as crossbones furies based on what I'm reading. Therefore I'd say it's the second option for both. But that's my opinion.

Would have to be the 2nd option. With 10 charges, increase is 150%, so 11 seconds + 11*150% = 27.5 sec.

Imagine if it was 1st option, and only had 1 charge instead of 10 charges. The duration from that method would only be 11 sec * 15% = 1.65 secs. Well below the base 11 secs.

Don’t bust your brain man. It works how they want it to work.

It is +15% per charge. So at 10 charges that is +150% duration and accuracy. For the duration that would be the second calculation you showed (27.5 sec). For the ability accuracy it should just be a flat +150% so 200%. Though I don’t think this equates to more than one armor break at a time, more or less it just guarantees its placement
