Another one of these cases happen on February quest, where Sabretooth boss had unblockable specials when under a regeneration buff. There was no way for him to trigger any regeneration buff on the fight

No. This EQ don't have that node. It's from the bounty missions which is separate from the EQ and is a standalone Mission
