I had 6 5* at rank 5, should I rank another 5* to rank 5 or take Captain America IW to rank 2 ???

    Because you already have 6 5*rank5, so given your roster, I'd focus on the 6 stars going forward.

    Aegon is so good for so much content. And 5/65 will be relative for a long time to come. Maybe wait till you dupe cap to rank 2 him.
