Perfect block and parry mastery interaction with stun length

I did some simple experiments to see the amount that perfect block increased stun length on parry mastery. Check out this video for the results.

    That timer doesn't appear to include milli-seconds, or other finer resolution other than on a whole second increment, so how is the timer being used to say it was 1.5 sec or just under 2 seconds ?. Just from doing in-my-head quick-counting, the PerfectBlock mastery example did seem to be around 10 or 11, while without seemed to be about 8 or 9. And OG Cap Block Ability did seem to extend this a little bit more, maybe to 12 (was his examples with or without the PB mastery (I assume without ?)

    I do wish the Parry Mastery Description would be more exact about how much PB actually affects the time.
