Solo Quests are NOT Refreshing

Something is wrong with this game. (Hysterical, right?)

I have noticed recently that my solo quests are not refreshing. As an example, I finished "Event Quest Completion" quest - and "Tech Arena Battle" quest. Usually the next set of quests pop up 15-20 min later in my "Solo Events" tab. In this case, the next quests didn't show up for 5 HOURS LATER. See screenshot below, for example:



When the quests DID refresh, the next set were ALREADY decremented by 6 HOURS! - meaning I had lost that time to get points towards the quest. This is not good.

I am seeing this a little today as well, where quests are finishing - and then my next series of quests are not coming up.

Can an Admin weigh in on this?

Currently have no Solo Quests in my quest log.

So it isn't a "one time problem from a couple days ago".

It's a problem right now.

They're taking them away for now, which unless they're specifically causing all the down time seems like a misstep.
The 22 hour event gives most summoners an easy opportunity for a revive and 25 units - two things that they've probably cost many summoners in spades with all the outages and yet they take it away.

Not to mention the AW matchmaking issue which might cost people the ability to hit the final milestone of the long running solo AW event.
