Is Voodoo worth rank 4 anymore?

I recently had a poll about taking symbiote supreme or a duped voodoo to rank 4. Luckily, I pulled a 6 star symbiote supreme the next day so I wont put any resources into my 5 star version now. Is Voodoo worth taking to rank 4 with a 3->4 mystic gem or should I hold onto it for someone else.

    If duped very much so. He has tons of uses. Prestige ain't half bad from him either

    He’s still one of the best mystics, if not the best. Definitely worth it.
