I’ve played multiple mobile games, all with their own interesting stuff. Something I’ve noticed about them is that after they do a mandatory maintenance and drop the servers for a certain amount of time, they reward their players with a gift after the maintenance is finished. Personally, I would like Kabam consider doing the same with MCOC and the like. Perhaps an energy refill and 50-100 units idk. Be creative, kabam/marble! Just a friendly suggestion from a fellow mobile gaming lover...

@catx_llama Actually Netmarble does this with Future Fight. Kabam used to occasionally do this in the past for emergency maintenance. I don't recall it ever occurring for scheduled maintenance though. Certainly wouldn't be opposed to some form of thank you for your patience though!

Kabam hasn't ever given rewards for scheduled maintenance. Its usually just 2 hours. There isn't any war or AQ going on right now either. Yes, everyone wants free stuff but they dont need to give it for scheduled maintenance.

This time, yes. That's not always the case though now is it? AQ occasionally does cross paths with scheduled maintenance. Not saying it should be required. Just the same, it wouldn't hurt either. I certainly do not expect it to ever occur though.

They used to for emergency maintenance way back in the day. Not sure why they stopped. Yes scheduled maintenance can hit during AQ but we know it's happening and plan accordingly. In my alliance, its never affected movement since we communicate it. Maybe since they warn us twice before it happens, we arent owed anything.

It also depends on the length of the Emergency Maintenance. If the game is back up and running reasonably soon, there isn't that much of an effect. However, that last cluster**** we had that lasted a couple days was a mess and was compensated.

Yes but that wasn't planned. We've never gotten anything for scheduled. Its usually down about 2 hrs

But what's wrong with some free stuff? Every player will experience the maintenence, so no one would be left out.

Oh I agree. It can EASILY be planned around. No arguement there at all. Just stating that it wouldn't hurt to do. Certainly don't expect it. Just a casual opinion that agrees with the idea is all

Yeah, I figured scheduled maintenances are typically short enough where it’s not an inconvenience that it’s offline, but it’s not like it’s an inconvenience on any other game either. Agreed it’s likely longer than 2 hours. That’s why something small would work, it’s not like I’m gonna go on strike because I don’t get anything haha. Just a suggestion. That’s what this discussion is for lol. If a mod reads it then nice. If not then carry on I suppose.
