    Yes cap iw is defs worth r3 unawakened. I maxed out my 4* cap iw today and he's a total beast

    When I pulled him, Cap IW was straight to r3 unduped in my roster.

    Glancing with kinetic potential, great sp2 dmg, cancels unstoppables with kinetic potential, great synergies with other champs esp mystics and cosmics and techs.
