Default Chat to last chat viewed

Hello, it used to be that the chat at the bottom defaulted to alliance chat or possibly the last chat viewed (hard to say because I only use alliance chat for the most part)

Now it changes to global chat constantly. I have no need to see global chat and It is causing me to miss new alliance chat messages from my team mates or delay me seeing these messages.

Can this please Change so that the chat at the bottom defaults to the last chat you visited so that when you come and go to the game the chat you actually want to see shows up at the bottom? Or give option to set default chat in the options that allow you to turn certain chats on and off?

Just go to settings and disable global

It still defaults to global, just doesn't show anything. I have it turned off as an additional reminder to switch chats, but its really dumb that it constantly switches back to global, when a lot of people have no reason to visit global chat. A lot of the game centers around alliance activity and communication yet the there is no way to set the alliance chat to the default or at the very least have it default to the last chat you visited... this was a feature before.. I am not asking for anything new, just that they bring it back

They said (quite a while ago) that the fix will be part of the upcoming Update for June, see Known Issues Thread. Doesn't seem to be listed in the Changelog for the Update (which seems more focused on listing Hero Bug Fixes), but the Known Issues Thread details all the other fixes too (Global Chat, Energy Help Timer, etc, etc)

Thanks! I was wondering if it was an issue but I hadn't seen anything in known issues. Must have missed it!
