Support doesn't answer to my ticket!

why doesn't kabam support answer me? I had to send 3 tickets to the support to receive a reply, one day apart from the other. Now the same problem occurred again last week and I sent the third ticket about it just 5 minutes ago. Is it possible to have a support service worthy of being called such?

    Dont send in many tickets at once. That won't help your problem get solved faster. You are not the only one using their support either so can't expect 100% support activity. The support team have lives too you know

    Sending multiple tickets about the same issue can sometimes slow down the process of getting a reply. If you've sent a help request and gotten the automatic reply with a case number, please be patient and you'll receive a reply to your request.
