    Wasn't parried

And even if I WAS it doesn't "nullify" passive abilities that are already in play

Actually, it does. It works just like the three ways to nullify Limbo.
-You can avoid limbo from triggering
-Limbo can trigger, but there is no damage
-Limbo was activated, but Magik got no health back

It still doesn't explain how I got Pacified if I wasn't stunned

    Assassin's reduces ability accuracy.

This is most likely the case assasins will negate joe fixits passive as it is still an ability

Assassins reduces defensive ability accuracy. I could be totally wrong but I've never seen it nullify but prevents abilities from happening.

I don't personally run assasins but I've heard from many players that it stops regen, bleed, parry, amor up, OG vision synthesis so it seems it stops most abilities that trigger

definitely not assassin or ability accuracy etc.

This happens almost every aq map 6 with beast

When you use specials, randomly both his form will completely disappear.

Bug that happened when he switches modes mid combo, it has been said to be fixed in the latest update. But it's existed since he was first introduced.

Not sure why you think this relates to Joe Fixit and assassin's preventing him from activating gamblers ruin.

Assassins might do it if you used a heavy and tried for a new suit but shouldn't remove an existing one. Your right on that bubble of it kicking in. Other that that possibility it would have to be a bug.

Must a bug. I've noticed this twice before in EQ (so no question of assassin or pacify). It was probably against IF and Gambit (and before someone asks, no I did not get hit by concussion). Had taken screenshots but can't find them atm :(

Ok so I remembered things a bit different from what it actually was. I saw this in arena as well. However, in my case there is no question of concussion or pacify or assassin since you can see I'm at full health

Oh, that should be something to look at @Kabam Miike

yeah, ive been arena grinding and everytime i land a heavy with my joe fixit to reroll my gambler's ruin, they disappear entirely. they never reappear, no matter how many heavies i land or anything.

Pacify is ability trigger not ability accuracy. So, no it won't work on something already active on a champion.

It does, however, stop Tenacity from triggering as often in characters like Agent Venom.

It works as I described. I notice it a lot while playing
